DIANE AGRO is developing an integrated agro-industrial model in Mali: poultry farming, agriculture, aquaculture, animal feed, packaging, and logistics, from production to distribution.

DIANE AGRO is an agro-industrial group in development. Its project connects activities that are most often operated separately in Mali: cultivating, feed formulation, breeding, packaging, transporting, and distributing.

Poultry farming serves as the driving engine: it produces daily, imposes industrial discipline, and mechanically drives upstream and downstream links — animal feed upstream, packaging and logistics downstream.

The group’s rule of conduct is simple: we do not announce what does not exist, we show what is committed, and we state what is targeted.
